35th Annual Holiday Auction Fundraiser

WHITTIER, Calif. (September 11, 2019) —

“Reach for the Stars…Tip Your Hat to Success!” This year’s Holiday Auction will be held at the Friendly Hills Country Club on Saturday, November 16, 2019 from 7:00 – 11:30 p.m. Attached you will find the Broadoaks 2019 Auction invite for this year’s fabulous event! Line up your sitters and prepare for a great time! We hope you will encourage your family and friends to join you and make their online reservations at Broadoaks2019Auction.eventbrite.com. Reservations are $25 per person online until November 10. After November 10, it is $30 per person at the door.

The deadline for each family to turn in Auction donations is Friday, October 11. Solicitation packets will be distributed through your child’s classroom next week. Additional packets for Auction donations or table sponsorships are available in the Broadoaks office. We thank you in advance for meeting this key deadline.  For a donation of $400 or more, a sign with the donor’s or company’s name will be displayed on a centerpiece. A table sponsorship is one way to fulfill your family’s entire commitment to the Auction.
